01Our services

We provide household shifting, office relocation, commercial goods shifting, car and bike transportation, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, and storage services, within Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and between cities in India. The exact scope of each job is set out in your quotation.

02Quotations and surveys

Quotations are based on the information you give us and, where possible, a pre-move survey. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

The price may change if the actual volume of goods, the pickup or delivery addresses, floor and lift access, parking distance, moving date or requested services differ from what was quoted. We will tell you about any change and get your agreement before carrying out additional work.

03Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation and pay any advance stated on it.
• The payment schedule and accepted payment methods are stated in your quotation and invoice.
• Prices are subject to GST and other applicable taxes, shown on your invoice.
• Tolls, state entry charges, parking fees and society or building charges are payable as stated in your quotation.
• Goods may only be delivered after the amount due before delivery, as per the quotation, has been paid.

04Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about the goods, addresses, access and timing of your move.
• Arrange any permissions needed from your society, building or landlord, including lift booking and parking for our vehicle.
• Be present, or have an authorised person present, at packing, loading and delivery.
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents, medicines and other valuables with you. We do not accept them for transport unless agreed in writing.
• Check the inventory list before signing it at pickup and at delivery.

05Prohibited and restricted items

We will not transport, and you must not hand over:

• Explosives, gas cylinders, fuel, firearms, ammunition or any flammable, corrosive or hazardous material.
• Illegal goods, narcotics or items you do not own or have the right to move.
• Perishable food, live animals or plants that may not survive the journey.

You are responsible for any loss, damage, fine or delay caused by prohibited items packed without our knowledge.

06Packing

Goods packed by our team are packed using suitable materials for their nature. For boxes or items you pack yourself, we are responsible only for the outer packaging and cannot accept liability for the condition of contents we did not pack or inspect.

07Car and bike transportation

• A condition report is prepared at pickup and should be signed by you or your representative.
• Provide copies of the registration certificate and insurance, and any other documents the law requires.
• Remove personal belongings and accessories that are not fixed to the vehicle.
• Report any new damage at delivery, before signing the delivery receipt.

08Transit insurance

Transit insurance is optional and is offered on request through an insurance provider. Insured goods are covered according to the insurer's policy terms, exclusions and claims process. If you choose not to insure your goods, our liability is limited as described in the “Liability” section below.

09Delivery timelines and delays

Delivery dates are estimates based on distance, route and conditions at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, traffic, strikes, accidents, checks by authorities, government restrictions or natural disasters. We will keep you informed of any delay.

10Storage

Storage is provided at the rates and for the period agreed in writing. Goods are released after storage charges due have been paid. Goods left in storage beyond the agreed period without payment may be dealt with as permitted by law, after reasonable written notice to you.

11Damage and loss claims

• Check your goods at delivery and note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Send a written claim with photos within the period stated in your quotation or consignment note. Late claims may not be accepted.
• For insured goods, claims are settled by the insurer under its policy terms; we will help you file them.

12Liability

We take all reasonable care in handling your goods. For uninsured goods, our total liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount stated in your quotation or consignment note.

We are not liable for:

• Wear and tear, or pre-existing damage or defects.
• Mechanical, electrical or internal faults in appliances and electronics not caused by our handling.
• Contents of boxes packed by you, or items not listed in the inventory.
• Indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income or business.
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

13Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

14Use of this website

Website content is for general information. Prices, timelines and service details are confirmed only in a written quotation. Text, logos, photos of our work and design on this website belong to Apple Logistics or are used under licence, and may not be copied without permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false enquiries, spam or harmful code. See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
