01How to cancel or reschedule

Contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp on +91 88727 73000, or by email at applelogisticspackers@gmail.com. Please share your name, booking date and pickup city.

A cancellation or change takes effect once we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email).

02Rescheduling your move

We will do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability of crew and vehicles. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to rearrange at no extra cost. Changes made close to the moving date, or after packing materials or a vehicle have been dispatched, may attract charges as stated in your quotation.

03Cancellation charges

Cancellation charges, if any, are stated in your quotation and depend on:

• How close to the moving date you cancel.
• Whether a pre-move survey, packing materials, crew or vehicle have already been arranged or dispatched.
• Any costs already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as transport bookings or insurance.

Services already performed (for example, packing that has been completed) are charged in full.

04Refunds

• If you cancel, any advance paid is refunded after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and the cost of services already provided.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer to the account you provide. We will confirm the amount and expected timeline when we confirm your cancellation.
• Insurance premiums are refundable only as permitted by the insurer's policy.

05If we have to cancel

If we cannot carry out your move as booked for reasons within our control, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of the advance paid, whichever you prefer. If a move is prevented by events beyond our control (such as severe weather, road closures or government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule.
