01Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to quote for, plan and carry out your move:

• Quote and callback requests: your name, phone number, type of move, preferred moving date, moving-from and moving-to locations and any notes you add.
• Booking and service details: pickup and delivery addresses, an inventory of goods, vehicle details for car or bike transport, and payment and invoicing details required for GST compliance.
• Communications: messages, calls and emails you exchange with us, including on WhatsApp.
• Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, bank card numbers or government ID numbers through the website forms.

02How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, call you back and prepare a quotation or pre-move survey.
• To plan, perform and support your move, including coordinating crew, vehicles and delivery.
• To arrange transit insurance or storage if you ask for it.
• To issue invoices and keep records required by tax and other laws.
• To send service updates about your move. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
• To protect our website and business against fraud, spam and misuse.

03Consent and legal basis

By submitting a form, calling or messaging us, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes above. We also process data where it is needed to perform the service you asked for or to comply with the law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out or data we must keep by law.

04Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to deliver your move or when the law requires:

• Our crew, drivers and transport partners who handle your shipment.
• Insurance providers, if you choose transit insurance, so they can issue the policy and settle claims.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and lead-management tools. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Government authorities, courts or law enforcement where we are legally required to.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy.

05Cookies and analytics

Our website does not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Pages may load content from Google Maps (for example, the map on our contact page), which is governed by Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

06How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

07How we protect your data

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

08Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

09Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10Third-party links

Our website links to other sites, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their policies.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

12Grievance officer and contact

For questions, requests or complaints about your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve them within the time required by law.
